The Erasmus Medical Center welcomes you at their International Conference of Ambulatory Monitoring of Physical Activity and Movement (ICAMPAM), which will be held in Rotterdam, May 21-24, 2008.

At least 200 delegates are expected to attend both the scientific program and exhibition. This congress will be an excellent opportunity to present your firm’s latest products, equipment, and services to local, national and international experts covering all aspects of Ambulatory Monitoring of Physical Activity and Movement

Therefore the Organizing Committee kindly invites those who have a commercial interest in this field to present themselves at either the exhibition or through sponsoring ICAMPAM 2008, or both.

Acknowledgements
All sponsors and exhibitors will be acknowledged on the Congress website www.icampam.org, in the Final Program and on acknowledgment boards at the Congress. Therefore we ask you to forward your company logo (in eps 300dpi format) in both black and white and colour versions to jvd-organizing@icampam.org

In order to maximize the exhibitor’s exposure to the delegates, the coffee and lunch service stations will be located within the exhibition hall.

Only one company has the privilige to become Platina sponsor of the Congress! If you think you are the one, please contact the organizing committee so that we can discuss possibilities and costs with you.

The price for stand space only is € 450,- per sq.metre. This includes:

Industrial Workshop € 2.500,00
Possibility to present a workshop up to 45 minutes, on one of the conference days during the official conference hours. Time slot is subject to the approval of the Conference Organizing Committee.

Includes space rental (max. 50 pers.) and standard audio/visual equipment
Catering (optional) is to be provided by the sponsoring company
Speakers will be hired by the sponsoring company

Important Notes

All rates are in Euro.
All above services are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) of 19%, which is not included in the indicated rates.
All above services will be confirmed on a “first come, first served basis”.
Space allocation for the exhibitors will follow based on the date of confirmation of their participation.
Leaflets and reminders to be distributed at the congress desk ought to be delivered to the conference organization.
Advertisements will be delivered to the conference organization in EPS-file; more detailed specifications will follow later.
Extra exhibitors badges are available for € 50,00 per badge per day.
